Ocean Teaching Building (OTB)
The Oceanography Teaching Bldg. was constructed in 1969 and won awards for the architectural design of the building. The north wing of the building houses the OOI program. The south wing consists of two floors of teaching laboratories and lecture rooms, and two floors of the administrative offices for the School of Oceanography.

Marine Sciences Building (MSB)
The Marine Sciences Bldg. is located next to a dock on Portage Bay where the R/V Thomas G. Thompson resides while not at sea. Thus, the basement level of this building offers staging, pooled equipment for seagoing activities and various support shops. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors house some of the Biological Oceanography and most of the Marine Geology & Geophysics units within the School of Oceanography.

Ocean Sciences Building (OSB)
The Ocean Sciences Building houses most of the Physical Oceanography and Chemical Oceanography within the School. The first through 3rd floors contain the physical oceanographer's offices and labs and the 3rd through 5th floor contains the chemical oceanographer's offices and labs. The Dean of the College of the Environment occupies space on the second floor. Large salt water tank and high pressure testing facilities are on the first floor.

Benjamin Hall
The Center for Environmental Genomics (part of the School of Oceanography) resides on the 3rd floor of Benjamin Hall and occupies 11,000 square feet in a newly renovated lab space.

Oceanography Building (OOB)
This first Oceanographic building constructed on campus contains the Puget Sound Model and teaching labs on the first floor. The second floor houses APL Center for Industrial and Medical Ultrasound faculty and labs and the third floor is home to ES&S, currently the GeoMapNW and part of the QRC library.
