What was your best memory from the school of Oceanography?
Going on the multibeam mapping cruise for the second year in a row. It was really nostalgic and showed me how much I had grown in my knowledge of my oceanographic interests. Also, I left my shower shoes under the sink on the Carson when I was out on a seismic cruise during the summer and they were still there (9 months later) so I got them back. To quote Ken: "I was lucky."

What was your favorite oceanography class and why?
Marine GIS was my favorite class because Emily and Miles were both amazing professors and it kinda inspired me/set my path for the rest of my time at UW and beyond.
