Booth Data Analyses Support

Please fill out this form to request Booth funds that support post R/V Carson cruise data analysis. The funds are intended to support graduate student research that enables post cruise data analyses, that are not supported by another funding sources, and that arose from an opportunity associated with a cruise that has already taken place. Up to $25,000 per year are available. We anticipate supporting 2-5 requests per year.

One you begin the form, you cannot save and complete later.  Please make sure that you have the following information prepared before you begin:

• Who: Graduate student and name of PI
• Amount Requested: Budget and justification. No faculty salary allowed, no technical support allowed, and student salary must include benefits. Monies need to be expended within 1 year of being awarded.
• Project Description: The purpose of the request should include the types of data that will be processed, when they were collected (cruise number), how they will be analyzed and the time frame (3000 character limit).
• Merit: Explain how this will benefit the graduate student and the intent of supporting post R/V Carson cruise data analysis (3000 character limit).
