Welcome to the galette challenge!
What is a galette? Well, kinda like a rustic French pie. They are fun and extremely customizable. Here's a recipe for an unnecessarily time consuming but very delicious and beautiful galette. Use it as a starting point or find your own recipe. https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/triple-threat-onion-galette It's also totally valid to buy a store bought crust and make the filling. This challenge will go until June third and submissions will be judged on creativity and beauty of the fillings.
